As a Platinum Club Member, you are guaranteed same-day appointments, FREE service on system rejuvenation twice a year, FREE repairs… some exclusions**, FREE diagnostic service. FREE service even on Holidays. Smartway™ monitor (where phone lines available) installed that reads variables of your system & notifies our office before breakdown occurs so that your family is comfortable every minute of the day & night. Plus 100% of your unused credit balance maybe applied to a new heating or cooling system.
Gold Membership - PRIME SERVICE
As a Gold Club Member, you are guaranteed appointments in 24 hours, two FREE precision tune-ups, 60% discount on repairs, some exclusions** and FREE diagnostic service during regular business hours.
Regular business hours: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM Saturday 8AM-12PM.
After Hours Emergency Service Monday-Saturday $79 Sunday $129 (subject to change)
Silver Membership - PRIORITY SERVICE
As a Silver Club Member, you are guaranteed appointments in 48 hours, two FREE precision tune-ups, a 20% discount on repairs, and a $19.95 diagnostic service during regular business hours.
Regular business hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Saturday 8AM-12PM.
